Not at all what I was looking for. You get 11 different "looks" and that all - no refining, no definition, nothing. Im glad it was free.

Just O.K. Simple painterly effects. There are better apps.

Quick easy to learn useful does what it says with expertise

Pic Palette seems to have one paint setting with various filters. Tried a portrait and a landscape: both looked terrible--nothing like art. Pass on this app and get Impresso or Brushstroke instead (real artify apps!)
